TESTIMONIAL

“Working with Ashley has been such a game-changer for me. When I first started, I wasn’t sure where to begin, but Ashley really helped me dive into the core issues holding me back. We started small and set realistic goals. Using a backwards planning model, we were able to create achievable victories in order to accomplish that goal. Her approach made it feel less overwhelming and more manageable. Now, I have a clearer sense of direction and the tools to keep moving forward. If you’re looking for someone who’s patient, insightful, and truly invested in your growth, I highly recommend Ashley.”

I began my personal journey towards discovering my purpose in a tiny dorm room at Northern Arizona University. I had it all mapped out: get my Psychology degree, build a career, and live happily ever after. Simple, right? Except for those 3 AM moments when I'd stare at the ceiling, my mind racing with questions that wouldn't let me sleep. What am I really here to accomplish? Is this all there is? Are we meant to spend our lives following someone else's clock for a paycheck, or is there something more waiting for us?

The questions didn't stop after graduation. In fact, they grew louder. I pursued my Master's in Healthcare Administration, convinced that more education would silence the doubts. Instead, I found myself right back where I started – stuck, lost, and constantly searching for something that felt like home. I tried so many different paths that sometimes I felt like I was collecting careers instead of finding one.

What I didn't realize then was that my "lost" feeling wasn't a flaw – it was pointing me toward my truth. The breakthrough came when I shifted from "I can't figure this out" to "I'm curious about where this might lead." Some days were messy. Some paths led nowhere. I cried in my car during lunch breaks. I questioned everything. But through all the uncertainty and false starts, I was unknowingly building my most valuable skill: finding clarity amidst confusion.

My journey through personal development became my passion, then my purpose. The tools that helped me find my way became the gifts I couldn't wait to share. Now, as a life coach, I don't just teach these principles – I live them. I know what it feels like to be lost because I've been there, map crumpled in hand, wondering which way to turn. And I know the indescribable feeling when you finally find your way. That's the journey I'm honored to guide others through – not because I have all the answers, but because I've learned to ask better questions.
